Foreclosure Workshop & On-Site Counseling for Residents of the Tri-Valley Cities of Danville, Dublin, Livermore, Pleasanton & San Ramon
In partnership with the Tri Valley Affordable Housing Committee (TVAHC), the Community Housing Development Corporation of North Richmond (CHDC) and the Tri Valley Housing Opportunity Center (TVHOC)
HERA is offering a FREE foreclosure seminar for homeowners. The seminar is offered for homeowners who want to protect themselves from foreclosure rescue scams and homeowners who have been victimized to learn about options available to recover their money.
The seminar will also describe options to avoid foreclosure. Individual
counseling with attorneys and/or housing counselors will be available.
Bring paystubs, recent utility bill, bank statements, loan documents,
letters from
your bank and foreclosure notices to get advice and help on-site.
